Welcome to Drift! It is a platform developed by Visionlight Productions Inc. for creating, exploring, and contributing to digital experiences, collective content, and pathways known as "Drifts." By accessing and using Drift, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use Drift.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Drift platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions, together with any documents incorporated by reference ("Terms"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Visionlight Productions Inc., and govern your access to and use of all properties, content, and services provided by Drift.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of Drift after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Definitions

Drift: A digital experience or sequence created and shared by users, consisting of images, links, and other interactive content.

Collectives: Groups of Drifts created by multiple users, forming a shared collaborative experience.

Content: Any media (text, images, videos, etc.) contributed to Drift by users.

Applicable Law: Any law, regulation, or guideline that governs the use of Drift, including Canadian law and international regulations.

We/Us/Our: Visionlight Productions Inc., the owner and operator of Drift.

You/Your: The user accessing or contributing to the Drift platform.
Eligibility
By using Drift, you represent and warrant that

You are not using Drift in violation of any laws applicable to your jurisdiction;

You comply with all laws related to online content, intellectual property, and data privacy.
Access to Drift
To access Drift, you may be required to provide certain information. We reserve the right to request additional information at any point during your use of the platform and to deny access at our sole discretion. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Drift will result in immediate termination.
Changes to Drift
We may modify or remove any part of the Drift platform, including services, content, and features, at any time without notice. You acknowledge that Drift is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by such modifications.
Fees
While Drift is free to use, certain features may require payment. All fees related to premium features will be disclosed at the time of purchase, and by proceeding, you agree to pay any applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Copyright and Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content: By uploading content to Drift, you confirm that you have the rights to do so. This includes any images, links, or text posted as part of a Drift or Collective. You retain ownership of your content but grant Drift a license to display and distribute it across the platform.U

Copyright Policy: Users must only post content for which they have the appropriate rights. Screenshots must be lawful representations of the original posts and must not violate copyright laws. Drift will investigate and remove infringing content upon notice.

Intellectual Property Ownership: All proprietary content, including the Drift logo, designs, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Visionlight Productions Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.
Social Media and Promotion
You may share your Drifts on social media, provided that the content adheres to third-party platform guidelines. You must have the right to share all materials posted. Drift assumes no responsibility for any violations of external platform rules or copyright infringement.
Conduct
By using Drift, you ragree not to

Post spam, irrelevant, or harmful content;

Engage in illegal activity;

Harass or promote hate speech;

Alter or disrupt Drifts or Collectives;

Use bots or unauthorized tools;

Impersonate others or post misleading information;

Violate intellectual property rights.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
